Section 174.3 - Inspection sticker

(a) The New York Department of Motor Vehicles certificate of inspection or notice of inspection extension and rejection may be displayed on the inside of the front windshield, in the lower left-hand corner, in accordance with section 79.20(c)(7) of this Title.

(b) The New York Department of Transportation certificate of inspection may be displayed on the inside, of the front windshield, in the lower right-hand corner.

(c) The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission certificate of inspection may be displayed on the inside of the front windshield, in the lower left-hand corner.

(d) No vehicle shall display more than one certificate of inspection or notice of inspection extension and rejection.
