Section 122.5 - Disposition of complaint

(a) All complaints (Part I) forwarded to the Albany office of the Department of Motor Vehicles will be maintained in the department's files for at least four months after disposition of the charge.

(b) Part I of each issued ticket which is not properly returnable before the bureau will be delivered to the appropriate court or tribunal.
