Section 103.1 - Introduction

Articles 48-B and 48-C of the Vehicle and Traffic Law provide for the registration of all-terrain vehicles (ATV's) and establish rules concerning the use and operation of ATV's on both public and private lands. These regulations are intended to implement the provisions of those articles where necessary.
