Section 76.3 - Changes in officers and addresses
(a) The driver's school unit in the central office of the Department of Motor Vehicles, Albany, New York must be notified by the licensee in writing within 10 days of a change in the residence address of any individual owner, partner, officer, manager, director, majority shareholder or employee of any drivers' school.
(b) The driver's school unit in the central office of the Department of Motor Vehicles, Albany, New York must be notified by the licensee in writing within 10 days of any change in the officers, directors or shareholders of any corporation holding a license. Such driver's school unit shall also be notified in writing within 10 days of any change in the identity of the manager of the business of the licensee or of a branch office of the licensee. In such case, there shall be supplied in writing with such notice and as to each new officer, director, shareholder or manager the same information as would be required on an original application for a license.
