Section 76.30 - Applicability of drivers' school regulations

Except as provided in this section, this Part shall be applicable with respect to a course given by a drivers' school to a new driver.

(a) The provisions of this Part with respect to required records of a drivers' school shall not be applicable with respect to any student who is taking only the pre-licensing course.
(b) For the purposes of school location, a facility used to provide classroom training only shall not be considered a place of business.
(c) Any classroom used in conjunction with the pre-licensing course must meet the requirements of Part 7 of this Title.
(d) An instructor of the pre-licensing course must also meet the requirements of Part 7 of this Title.
