The Watch Your Car program front windshield decal shall be a rectangle, 4 inches wide x 21/2 inches high, made of reflective sheeting containing the language and design as mandated by the Division of Criminal Justice Services. The Watch Your Car rear window decal shall be circular, 33/4 inches in diameter, made of reflective sheeting containing the design as mandated by the Division of Criminal Justice Services. The Watch Your Car international decal, which shall be placed next to the Night Program front windshield decal, shall be a rectangle 53/8 wide x 2 inches high displaying the language and design as mandated by the Division of Criminal Justice Services. The Watch Your Car front windshield, rear window and international decals are displayed in subdivisions (a)-(c) of this section.
The international decal is for vehicles which are not generally operated near international borders or ports. This decal has an outline of the continental United States superimposed against the United States flag and will be placed next to the Night Program front windshield decal. To participate in the program, motor vehicle owners need to sign a voluntary consent form and obtain this decal authorizing law enforcement officers to stop their motor vehicles if they are not normally driven across or in the proximity of international land borders or ports.
