Section 59.2 - Introduction

This Part requires that reflective tires or spoke mounted reflex reflectors be of a type approved by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles. In promulgating this Part, the commissioner acknowledges that the Consumer Product Safety Commission has preempted the field.
