Section 44.1 - Introduction

Paragraph (c) of subdivision 2 and subdivision 41 of section 375 and sections 100-a, 101, 106-a, 114-b, 115-a, 117-a, 117-b, 132-a, 1104 and 1144 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law govern the affixing, display and effect of colored lights on vehicles, other than those required by law.
