Section 7.10 - Seminars

Remedial or instructional seminars may be required for course providers and/or instructors when significant changes affecting either the curriculum or the administration of the course are made. Failure to attend any of the required seminars, after notification to do so, may result in a penalty as prescribed in section 7.11 of this Part.
