Section 853.2 - Applicability

The provisions of this Part shall apply to any person who, on or after the effective date of this Part, holds a current credential or initiates an application for a new credential or designation, or to renew or reinstate an existing or inactive credential or designation issued and overseen by the Office pursuant to this Part.
