Section 824.2 - Standards

(a) Standards for certification and regulation of any specialized service shall be developed by the Office and may be unique to the service to be delivered by such specialized service. Unless otherwise indicated, standards for any other program or service certified, funded or otherwise authorized by the Office shall not apply to such specialized service.
