Section 810.3 - Applicability

This Part applies to any existing or prospective provider of services which is required to obtain an operating certificate from the Commissioner in accordance with Articles 19 and 32 of the Mental Hygiene Law and which is proposing the establishment, incorporation, and/or construction of a facility to provide addiction services.
