Section 635-6.1 - Applicability
(a) This Subpart shall apply to all services and programs which are funded by OPWDD.
(b) This Subpart contains rules for:
(1) the allowability of capital costs, pursuant to transactions with related and unrelated parties;
(2) the allowability of costs of capital moveable and personal property obtained from related and unrelated parties, other than capital moveable equipment and personal property of an IRA or group day habilitation program; and
(3) the allowability of goods, services and other property obtained from related parties.
