Section 590.3 - Applicability

This Part applies to any general hospital which is operated by State or local governments or voluntary agencies, is authorized to receive and retain individuals pursuant to section 9.39 of the Mental Hygiene Law and operates or proposes to operate a comprehensive psychiatric emergency program.
