This Part establishes the process and standards governing the Office's approval of Clinical Review Criteria used by Utilization Review Agents that register with the New York State Department of Health pursuant to Article 49 of the Public Health Law or report to the New York State Department of Financial Services pursuant to Article 49 of the Insurance Law to determine health care coverage for any treatment or service for a Mental Illness.
