Section 343.7 - Evaluation process

(a) Review of applications. The division shall review applications in accordance with the evaluation criteria specified in section 343.8 of this Part.

(b) Approval. Approval of an application may be conditioned upon the applicant's compliance with specified requirements within a particular time period as communicated in a notification letter from the director.
