Section 37.8 - Voluntary, informal and nonobjecting patients

Voluntary, informal and nonobjecting patients who leave without notice and are subsequently located shall not be returned to the facility if they object. If continued inpatient service is deemed necessary, their readmission to the facility or another facility must be on an involuntary form of admission.
