Section 1000.3 - Exchange of information

The Department of Labor shall, during each month, forward a notice to all members of the Council of Contracting Agencies, stating the name, address and Federal identification number of each contractor determined by the department, during the preceding monthly period, to have violated any provision of article 8 or 9 of the Labor Law or the related regulations of the department and describing the nature of such violation. Such notice shall indicate whether the department has found such violation to be willful, and whether such violation constitutes a second willful violation within a six-year period, subjecting the contractor to the debarment provisions of Labor Law, section 220-b(2)(b). In cases involving debarment, such notice shall further indicate the beginning and ending dates of the five-year debarment period imposed by that law.
