Section 703.5 - Location and hours

(a) Records shall be made available at the main office of the department, which is located at:

Building 12, State Campus

Albany, NY 12240

(b) Whenever practicable, records shall be made available at a regional department office most convenient to a data subject. Department regional offices are located throughout the State in Albany, Buffalo, Binghamton, Syracuse, Rochester, White Plains, New York City, Utica and Hempstead.

(c) Hours for public inspection and copying. The department shall accept requests for records and produce records during regular hours, which are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
