Section 464.1 - Rendition, content and revision(a) The board shall render its decision in writing promptly. Where the decision is not unanimous, the majority shall control. The board may affirm or reverse, wholly or in part, or may modify the appealed decision or may make such order, decision or determination as may be necessary. The decision shall contain a statement of the issues, the findings of fact, the conclusions and the reasons therefor.(b) On its own motion or on application duly made to it, the board may revise or resettle its order, decision or determination as it deems necessary.(c) The decision of the board shall be accompanied by a notice of the right to appeal therefrom to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Department, pursuant to section 624 of the law.N.Y.
