Section 411.7 - Ambulatory surgery services fee schedule

The fee schedule for ambulatory surgery services rendered under the Volunteer Ambulance Workers' Benefit Law on or after January 1, 1995 shall be the schedule of fees for ambulatory surgery services under the Workers' Compensation Law of the State of New York applicable to ambulatory surgery services rendered on or after January 1, 1995, as set forth in sections 329.4 and 329.5 of this Title. This ambulatory surgery services fee schedule is applicable in accordance with the provisions of section 329.4 of this Title.
