Section 402.1 - Procedure before the county medical societies, and workers' compensation committees of county medical societies; appeals and reviews before the medical appeals unit

All rules and procedures of the Medical Appeals Unit, Workers' Compensation Board, relating to the practice of medicine under the Workers' Compensation Law, are hereby made applicable to the practice of medicine under the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law, to the extent that such rules and procedures are not inconsistent with the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law.
