Section 400.1 - Application of rules of the workers' compensation board to the volunteer firefighters' benefit law

All rules of the board under the Workers' Compensation Law are hereby made applicable to proceedings under the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law to the extent that such rules are not inconsistent with the Volunteer Firefighters' Benefit Law or any future rule adopted by the board thereunder.
