Section 303.8 - Decision and award of arbitrator

(a) The arbitrator shall provide written notification of any award or decision to the interested parties, with copy to the Workers' Compensation Board.

(b) The decision and award of the arbitrator shall be deemed to constitute a final decision of the Workers' Compensation Board except if review of such decision is sought as provided in section 303.9 of this Part.
