Section 303.10 - Costs and expenses of arbitration
(a) All fees, costs and expenses of arbitration, other than attorney fees, shall be borne by the Workers' Compensation Board and State Insurance Fund with respect to their respective designated officers and employees, pursuant to sections 88 and 151 of the Workers' Compensation Law.
(b) Attorney fees for representatives of designated officers and employees shall be awarded by the arbitrators in accordance with the practice of the Workers' Compensation Board for matters within its jurisdiction.
(c) Fees, costs and expenses shall be paid to arbitrators in accordance with guidelines established by the chair of the Workers' Compensation Board.
