Section 302-2.9 - Misconduct generallyThe license of a representative may be suspended or revoked:
(a) if the representative shall be convicted of a crime in any court, State or Federal;(b) if the representative gives false or substantially inaccurate information in any application for a license;(c) if the representative conceals or attempts to conceal material facts in any case;(d) if the representative solicits or procures the giving of false testimony;(e) if the representative misappropriates funds or documents entrusted to him in any case; and(f) if the representative violates any provision of the rules of the board governing the licensing of representatives of claimants and self-insurers of these rules of conduct.N.Y.
