Section 630.7 - Cancellations
(a) The Industrial Commissioner may cancel a contract with a center if the center has:
(1) not complied with article 23-B of the Labor Law or with the provisions of this Part or with the terms of its contract;
(2) violated an applicable Federal or State law; or
(3) failed to maintain a quality program for displaced homemakers.
(b) The Industrial Commissioner shall not cancel a contract unless upon due notice of 20 days and unless an opportunity has been given to the center to be heard.
