Section 45-6.10 - Fueling

All fuels used for go-karts shall be stored in accordance with nationally recognized standards. Go-karts with leaking fuel systems shall not be used. Any fuel spill during fueling shall be cleaned up immediately and prior to allowing the go-kart to operate again for the public.

(a) Go-karts shall be fueled only when the go-kart:

(1) is in a designated area away from the public;

(2) turned off; and

(3) empty of patrons.
