Section 4-12.2 - Special definition of maximum firing rate

For a burner which is equipped to start on low fire only and whose firing rate cannot properly be increased beyond the low firing rate until ignition of the low fire is proven, the term maximum firing rate used in this Subpart means the firing rate to the largest fire that can be initially ignited.
