Section 55.1 - Definitions

(a) Policyholder shall have the meaning set forth in Labor Law, section 217(2)(a).

(b) Certificate holder shall have the meaning set forth in Labor Law, section 217(2)(b).

(c) Terminate or termination shall mean nonrenew or cancel.

(d) Group accident insurance policy, group health insurance policy and group accident and health insurance policy shall have the meanings set forth in subsection (a) of Insurance Law section 4235 (group accident and health insurance defined).
