In addition to meeting the requirements set forth in section 751.8 of this Title, the operator shall ensure that there is a review of all mother and/or newborn hospital transfers, with reasons for such transfers documented. Findings from these reviews shall be used in the development and revision of policies and in the consideration of renewing or granting staff privileges.
