(a) A building or part or unit thereof that is operationally classified or reclassified as a hospice inpatient facility or unit, or hospice residence shall, in addition to meeting the requirements of sections 711.1, 711.2 and 711.3 of this Title, comply with the following requirements of this Part.(b) All hospice inpatient facilities and units, and hospice residences shall be designed to accommodate and accurately reflect the approved operational and functional programs to be operated within the facility, unit or residence, including all structural, environmental and equipment features required to implement such approved programs.N.Y.
