Section 713-3.26 - Compliance with more current standards

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in this title, a licensed operator or applicant, when submitting a construction project application for approval, may elect to comply with all applicable requirements of Subpart 713-4 of this Part in lieu of complying with this Subpart.
