Section 86-5.27 - Aids home care programs

Payment for services provided by LTHHCPs certified as AHCPs shall be at rates established pursuant to this Subpart provided, however, that nursing services provided by any LTHHCP to patients diagnosed with Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) as defined by ICD-9 codes 042, 043 and 044 shall be reimbursed pursuant to section 86-1.46(b) of this Part.
