Section 86-11.1 - Applicability

On and after November 1, 2014, rates of reimbursement for intermediate care facilities for persons with developmental disabilities (ICF/DD) services, other than those provided by the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, shall be determined in accordance with this Subpart.
