Section 391.5 - Eligible costs

Grant funds awarded under this program may be used only for the following:

(a) salaries and wages;

(b) fringe benefits;

(c) contractual services;

(d) travel (at State government rates);

(e) advertising and promotion;

(f) supplies and materials;

(g) communication;

(h) leased equipment; and

(i) such other expenses as the commissioner deems necessary.
