Section 9.2.1.9 - REVISIONS

As it becomes necessary to issue new or revised rules, several principles will be used.

A. The state agency will issue rules required by the federal funding agencies to assure continued eligibility for federal and state funds.

B. All rules will be issued in compliance with applicable state statutes, unless in conflict with federal laws or regulations.

C. All rules shall become part of the state agency's policy manual; and

D. Opportunity for review and comment by contractors, state agencies, affected organizations or programs, and the general public will be provided.
