Section 8.371.6.8 - ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICESA. Community agencies shall establish clearly written criteria for eligibility which correspond with the definitions of "developmental disability", "developmental delay" and "at risk for developmental delay" as defined within these regulations:B.
