Section 8.370.2.14 - TIME FOR REQUESTING HEARINGThe request for hearing must be received by the authority:
A. within 10 working days after receipt by the initial applicant, renewal applicant or prospective licensee of notice of the decision denying the application for license;B. within five working days after receipt of a cease and desist order;C. within 10 working days after receipt by the licensee of a notice of suspension or notice of revocation;D. within four working days after receipt by the licensee of an emergency suspension order or emergency intermediate sanction and notice of hearing (pre-hearing emergency suspension of license).N.M.
