Section 8.370.19.35 - MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION

Medications can only be administered by the following individuals:

A. a licensed nurse or physician; or

B. a patient on order of the physician; or

C. a licensed respiratory therapist for drug administration during respiratory therapy.
