Section 8.321.10.12 - RENEWAL OF HCA APPROVAL TO OPERATEA. OTP providers who wish to renew their approval shall submit an application form and requested documentation no less than 90 calendar days, and no more than 180 calendar days, before its expiration date.B. The HCA shall consider the operating history of the OTP provider in making its determination to grant or deny an application to a previously approved provider.N.M. Admin. Code § 8.321.10.12
