Section 8.26.6.14 - COMMUNITY HOME OPERATIONSA. Financial accountability:(1) Community homes shall provide a brief statement verifying financial stability from a certified public accountant to PSD during the annual onsite visit for license renewal.(2) Community homes shall have an annual financial audit conducted by an independent certified public accountant. A brief statement or proof that such audit has been conducted from an independent certified public account will be provided to PSD during the annual onsite review for license renewal.B.
