Section 8.10.8.27 - MAINTENANCE PAYMENTS AND INCIDENTALSA. Resource families are reimbursed for the care provided to children at rates established by the state legislature.B. Requests from resource families for reimbursements for pre-approved purchases must be submitted within 45 days of the expenditure.C.
