Section 8.10.8.25 - INCIDENTS INVOLVING CHILDREN IN CUSTODYA. Incidents in foster care may refer to a broad spectrum of events which may include, but are not limited to, reports of:(1) alleged policy or procedures violations by resource parents, including resource parents failure to comply with case plans or safety plan requirements;(2) alleged violations of the New Mexico foster child and youth bill of rights or the New Mexico foster youth document of responsibilities;(3) serious illness or accidental injury of a child in foster care; or(4) resource parent reporting concerns related to parent-child or sibling visitation; or(5) child in care running away.B. Incidents in foster care shall not include reports of alleged abuse or neglect.
