Section 8.10.6.9 - ELIGIBILITYA. A family is eligible to receive IHS without regard to income.B. A family may be eligible to receive IHS when: (1) the child has been determined to be conditionally safe and the risk of child abuse or neglect has been determined to be moderate or high; or(2) the child has been determined to be unsafe and the risk of child abuse or neglect has been determined to be very low, low, moderate, or high.C.
