Section 7.29.5.14 - INSPECTION OF RECORDSThe following records are not subject to public inspection, and shall be maintained in a confidential manner:
A. Health information protected by state and federal laws.B. Materials associated with reviews conducted by the certification review committee, including but not limited to criminal history information.C. Complaints or allegations regarding a CCHW that are not substantiated following investigation.D.
