Section 7.29.4.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

These regulations are promulgated pursuant to:

1) the Department of Health Act, Section 9-7-6.E., NMSA 1978;

2) the Primary Care Capital Funding Act, Sections 24-1C-1., et seq., NMSA 1978.
