Section 7.1.5.11 - RECEIPT OF PROPOSALSA. Completed proposals shall be returned to the department as specified in the notice of the request for proposals. The organizational unit of the department receiving the completed proposal shall establish a log of all proposals received which shall include the date and time the proposal was received, the name of the offeror and a description of the proposal sufficient to identify the service(s) offered.B.
