Section 7.1.20.22 - PENALTIES FOR RULE VIOLATIONA.Commission sanctions: A requestor who violates the requirements of this rule may be subject to any or all of the following sanctions, as determined by the commission: (1) temporary or permanent denial of access to HIS data or reports;(2) termination of current access; and(3) mandated immediate return, without duplication, of HIS data or reports provided by the commission.B.Other penalties: A requestor who violates the requirements of this rule or the Health Information System Act, Section 24-14A-1 et seq.
