Section 7.1.20.17 - APPEAL OF DENIAL OF REQUESTS FOR DATAA.Appeal of commission staff determinations: Requestors who are denied access to HIS data or reports by commission staff, where commission staff is authorized to make the determination, may appeal the denial to the director. The director shall review the denial and make a decision on the request. Requestors may appeal the director's denial of a request to the commission.
